You have 10 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for any item purchased from us. The item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, with tags and in its original packaging – in order to be eligible for a return. To get started, please fill out our contact form. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please inspect your order upon delivery and let us know right away if there are any issues such as a already open item, or if you received the wrong item. We want to make sure that any problems are resolved quickly and to your satisfaction.
We regret to inform that we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products).
